For much of the first decade of my career, I didn’t see culture as being particularly important. In my view, you were getting the job done well or you weren’t. You were making the right calls or you weren’t.

I was wrong and those shortsighted views are in the bin where they belong. Culture matters, not least because it’s a way to show who you are and what you value. Vision Corsa is, in many ways, a culture-first organization. If it doesn’t match our values, it doesn’t have a place here.

You’ll see three words appear pretty often across our website, our social media channels, our merchandise: Onward. Together. Always.

Kinda hokey, right?

It is.

But it’s also the clearest way to state the essence of all our values.
