Vision Corsa Values: Integrity

Success can look a lot of different ways. In our day-to-day lives, it takes many forms. At Vision Corsa, we’re succeeding if we’re making strong connections with community partners, fundraising well, and using those two actions to get more kids interested in motorsport and engineering.

For some of you reading this, success is passing a test, going to a school dance, making enough to pay rent, getting a promotion, starting a business or being a good partner, friend, spouse.

We all love succeeding. But there’s more to it than that. It matters to us how we get there. Did you play fair? Are you as proud of how you arrived as the fact that you did?

The most important thing to remember is that we all fall short sometimes. It doesn’t change who we are, so long as we do better next time.

Integrity made its way into Vision Corsa’s list of values as we considered the importance of competing fairly; driving RC cars around a track, learning how to give space, how to show just the right amount of aggression. It goes far beyond that though. It’s in our emails, in our phone calls, in our relationships.

Nobody is the finished article.

But much like in motorsport, it isn’t just about arriving at the destination.

It’s about how we get there.
